Future Shop Drops Price on Rogers BlackBerry Curve 8520 to $49.99

Holy smokes. Only 1 day after the BlackBerry Curve 8520 went all official on Rogers (NYSE: RCI) for $99.99 (on a 3-year term)… Future Shop has stepped in with an almost-predictable undercut. The Canadian electronics giant has the 8520 posted on their website for $49.99 on a 3-year term! Naturally, the savings is due to a ’sale’ Future Shop is having, and the deal will end on October 15th. That’s coming up quick, so if any Canadians out there have been eyeballing the 8520 with interest, you best get out to a Future Shop location to save a few dollars.
Note: It looks like this is an in-store sale only. When I checked the website the 8520 appears for the outright price of $399.99 only.
