OS 4.7.1.57 Now Available to All BlackBerry Tour Owners

BlackBerry Tour owners may recall the OS 4.7.1.57 update that arrived for Sprint customers only a little while back. While the update was all well-and-good, I know many Tour owners not on Sprint (NYSE: S) were craving an OS update… and today it looks like the goods are available to the general public.
