Samsung has launched a new version of its highly popular F480 all-touchscreen handset. The so called Samsung TouchWiz F488i comes with an upgraded “3x TouchWiz User Interface,” which includes Shortcut Pages and Extended Desktop, offering more widgets (MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Picasa, Flickr), Feature Tab Page View and Photo Contacts. Rest of the specs seem unchanged and include such “F480 classics” as 5-megapixel camera, HSDPA connectivity, 240×400 pixels touchscreen, and so on.
At present, the Korean giant is selling the updated device in Hong Kong, only, but we’re hoping they’ll move it elsewhere in the near future — or at least release the updated firmware for the existing F480 users…

The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him.
