DataViz RoadSync for Android

DataViz announced that its Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) Exchange ActiveSync client, RoadSync, is now available for purchase in the Android Market. Those unfamiliar should know that RoadSync provides “secure, wireless and direct push synchronization with Microsoft Exchange Server and supports corporate e-mail, calendar, contacts and attachments,” and may be completely obsolete once Android 2.0 hits the market.

RoadSync’s key features include HTML e-mail support, messages flags, meeting accept/decline, appointment reminders, a calendar widget, and full contact details including photos.

The application has been in public beta for the past six months and accumulated nearly 20,000 customers in the period. It requires that your smartphone runs Android 1.5 Cupcake or 1.6 Donut. The price is $9.99 and supported languages include English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, traditional and simplified Chinese with more to follow.
