Remember the Doro phones? We did covered the “super easy to use devices for seniors” in the past – two of them to be more precise. And now we have Consumer Cellular announcing the addition of two such phones to its portfolio. Both the Doro PhoneEasy 410 and 345 come with large buttons, strong vibrating alerts, loud ringers, Bluetooth and support for hearing aid devices. In addition, there’s an alarm clock, FM radio, calculator, flashlight as well as few games pre-installed.
The Doro PhoneEasy 410 is clamshell shaped, whereas the Doro PhoneEasy 345 is a candybar. The former costs $50, while the latter could be yours for $40. Both devices are available in either black or white, and require a $35 activation fee along with a plan that costs $20/month for 250 minutes.

The "convergence" is what he's most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using a smartphone is what everyone who cares about their time should do.
In addition to his interests in mobile phones, Dusan also loves to experiment with the latest web and mobile 2.0 services. The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it's an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he's there to try it out. He admits though, he's still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which "sings" perfectly with the mobile PIM application.
