While busy at Le Web conference in Paris, Seesmic squeezed an update to their BlackBerry Twitter client, bringing it to 1.1.10. The first release for Android and BlackBerry came out last month, and I wasn’t too impressed with the Bold version, but it has since improved dramatically. The user interface has been cleaned up (like fixing the home screen notification staying up even after you’ve read everything, and offering new font size options), but there are a few things that will keep me using UberTwitter for the time being, such as sharing pictures directly from the native Media app, and updating my account’s location with latest GPS coordinates. In any case, good on Seesmic; looking forward to future updates.
