Spotify for Android has just hit version 0.3.24 and with it comes:

  • URI support – Open/Share Spotify URI’s to or from SMS, email, Facebook or Twitter apps, etc.
  • An udated player with cover art swipe support (similar to the iPhone version).
  • Android 2.0/Eclair support – Spotify can now run on the Motorola Droid phone, which has just started shipping in Europe.
  • Home Screen widget – Control Spotify from the home screen, pictured above.

To download it simply go to m.spotify.com in your mobile browser and download the application. Note that the application is also available for the iPhone and Symbian devices.
