ZipRealty - iPhone app

Online real estate brokerage ZipRealty is joining the iPhone scene with a dedicate app. Using it, “house hunters” in 4,897 cities and neighborhoods across the U.S. can search for available homes and view photos, prices and estimated values.

In addition, the application enables a buyer to contact his or her ZipRealty agent with a tap of a button. But before you start negotiating, ZipReality offers search results displayed on a Google Map, showing list of recently sold homes in the neighborhood with sale prices.

Best of all, existing ZipRealty.com account holders can take advantage of the cloud computing – homes bookmarked on the web version can be easily accessed from an iPhone app.

Personally I’m not looking to buy a home in the U.S. but I like ZipRealty’s approach. The application is super useful and it’s free! AppStore link is here.
