
And the latest carrier that will offer Nokia Messaging to its users is… Indonesia’s Telkomsel, which users will be able to sign-up for the service starting from December 26th. Nokia’s press release says Telkomsel is the first operator in the country to offer the service, as well as the first operator worldwide to offer Nokia Messaging for Instant Messaging to prepaid consumers.
As you probably already know, Nokia Messaging brings push email service to select Nokia handset owners — including popular ESeries devices such as the E71, E63, E52 and E75. It supports all leading consumer email solutions (i.e. Gmail, Windows Live Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail) along with local email service providers. User can read, send, smart forward, reply to emails, download, read and attach files directly on their mobile phones…
