For those of you that pack the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic as your weapon of choice, you’ve got some new choices when it comes to protecting your beloved device. OtterBox has just released new Impact and Commuter Series cases for the 5800, and they look pretty good (as per usual).

The Impact Series case for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is basically a silicone skin that wraps around your device to protect from bumps and drops. In the package you’ll also find a self-adhesive screen cover to prevent scratching on your display. The price? $19.95. You can pick one up from OtterBox right now.

The Commuter Series case for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is a little more heavy-duty, for those that need an extra level (or two) of protection. Besides the usual silicone skin, you’ll also find a hard shell incorporated into the case… If you abuse the 5800 a little more than most, and don’t mind some ‘bulk’ to protect it, the Commuter Series case is definitely the answer. This one will set you back $34.95, and you can pick it up from OtterBox right here.

For my money, OtterBox has long been the leader in device protection. Yeah, there’s going to be some bulk, but when you need the protection… you need the protection.
