HTC-Magic-Sense

You might remember hearing that the Android-powered Magic was getting ready for an update, including HTC’s custom user interface, Sense. Well, that ROM is done baking and fresh out of the oven – get it while it’s hot! If you haven’t had a chance to check out Sense, it’s essentially a collection of home screen widgets, applications, and UI improvements built around the philosophies of “stay close”, “make it mine”, and “discover the unexpected”. Some of my favourite features include the extra home screens and Footprints, which allows you to quickly save geo-located pictures, text, and sound, and browse through it all in a really easy-to-use interface. There’s a lot to it, and Sense really adds a lot to the vanilla Android experience, although I do hear it slows things down a fair bit. Ready to get started? Hit up HTC’s download page for all the necessary instructions and download links.
