The Nokia N97 and the Nokia N97 Mini, the flagships of Nokia’s current portfolio, have received updated firmware today. The N97, now up to firmware version 21.0.045, has more free RAM, better call reliability, smoother scrolling, browser improvements, and a more stable camera/camcorder application. The N97 Mini, 11.0.045, has the same changelog as its chunkier brother.
As usual with Nokia firmware, depending on what region your device was made in you may or may not see this new update available to you, but don’t worry, just keep checking and it’ll eventually be there.
What a nice way to start February 2010.
