My bud Jake at Nuclear Nova Software recently launched updates for two of his most popular titles… GL Golf and Rocket Golf. The update to GL Golf is the tenth major update for the golf game, and in this latest version you’ll be able to download six new courses. Also, a new method of reading greens has been built-in, and the app itself has been condensed to take up 20% less disk space. Rocket Golf has one new course available for download, and course updates and improvements have been made to thirteen previously released holes.
On top of the updates mentioned above, the usual mix of small tweaks and bug fixes have been included as well. For more information check out GL Golf (iTunes link) and Rocket Golf (iTunes link) in the App Store. Before you get started with the paid versions of GL Golf and/or Rocket Golf, I’d suggest giving GL Golf Lite (iTunes link) and Rocket Golf Lite (iTunes link) a spin. Always good to try before you buy.
I’ve got GL Golf and Rocket Golf on my iPhone, and find myself giving them a play every once and awhile. Certainly worth the spend, especially if you’re in love with the game of golf as much as I am.
