
LiMo Foundation is full of news at MWC in Barcelona. They’ve issued three press releases:
- First we got to learn about new LiMo-compliant handsets being launched by NEC, Panasonic and ELSE. Devices include NEC’s docomo STYLE series N-01B and N-03B, docomo PRIME series N-02B; Panasonic’s docomo PRIME series P-01B, docomo STYLE series P-02B and docomo SMART series P-03B; and ELSE INTUITION. - Then they’ve announced the imminent availability of the new R3 release of LiMo Platform, which major features include support for Location Based Services and contact management, while existing features are extended with support for application management, advanced UI and multimedia technologies, and enhanced security and networking. - Finally, we had Adobe joining the Foundation to bring Flash to LiMo-powered handsets. (release)
