Virgin Mobile Canada recently dropped the price on the BlackBerry Curve 8530. Previously it was available for $49.99. Now, you can get the same device (in black or purple) for half price, $24.99. Of course, to get this price you’ll need to sign up for a 3-year contract… But if that doesn’t bother you, $25 for a very capable device shouldn’t bother you either. If you’re looking for an even better bargain, Best Buy is offering the same device (on Virgin Mobile) for $29.99 on 3-year contract, but you’ll also get a $50 gift card to go along with. Could be useful to perhaps, oh, I don’t know… buy some accessories for your new 8530?
