Previous to this, I’d only heard of the LG Banter available on U.S. Cellular and Alltel (someone please pipe up and let me know if it is offered on other carriers!). At any rate, joining the other two carriers (that I know about) is TELUS. They’ve just added the LG Banter to their lineup, for free on a 3-year contract, $99.99 on a 2-year, $149.99 on a 1-year or $199.99 for the device outright. The Banter is a side slider that features a full slide-out (duh) QWERTY keyboard, 2.2″ LCD display (240×320), 1.3MP camera with flash and video, microSD expansion to 16GB and more.

For all the details pop on over to TELUS.
