Hot on the heels of rumours of an impending May release, the manual for the BlackBerry 9650 has leaked out, settling once and for all that yes, it will be called the Bold and not the Tour. Taking a quick flip through the PDF, features like OS 5.0, Wi-Fi and GPS, but not much else – the bulk of it just runs through the usual rigamarole of keyboard shortcuts, SIM card installation instructions and whathaveyou.

Still, “Essex” is rumored to have a 3.2 megapixel camera, 256 MB of memory, and an 480 x 360 HVGA display. Both Sprint and Verizon are destined to pick up the BlackBerry Bold 9650, but aside from an off-hand comment from the Sprint CEO, there’s been no official word on a release date.

If you’d like to read up on the BlackBerry 9650′s finer points, you can download the manual here.
