TELUS BlackBerry Bold 9700 users, it’s time to get your OS update on. Over the weekend, TELUS launched a very official update for your OS, bringing the Bold 9700 up to 5.0.0.442. As per usual, be sure you backup your device and take all necessary precautions before you proceed. Remember, this is an official OS update, so it has been given the blessings of the powers that be at TELUS. The update should work just fine and dandy on most carriers, however, keep in mind TELUS has given approval for the update on their network… not anyone elses… So while it is unlikely, there could be some issues on other networks.
