Alright house flippers, you can now download the utterly-useful Zillow application for your Android smartphone.

The free app uses your GPS to find houses on sale or for rent around you, and it pulls in a bunch of estimating data. The app will be compatible with voice searching, and you’ll be able to pull up home details like photos, contact information and more directly on the handset. Zillow has layered its data on top of Google Maps, so you’ll be able to use Google Street View to get a closer look at your next castle. It’s available now in the Android Market under the “Lifestyle” category, and you can check out the demo video above for some more details.
