Leap Wireless-owned Cricket Communications scored a big distribution deal with Best Buy to offer its popular $50 unlimited broadband plan at 450 select Best Buy stores in Cricket markets.
The plans are already available (since Sunday, March 28) at Best Buy stores, allowing users to enjoy unlimited mobile Internet for only $50 a month. Cricket emphasizes that no contract signing is required, and there will be ne credit checks.
Of course, you’ll need a modem to take advantage of Cricket’s service. On that end, the carrier is selling the Cricket A600 USB modem for $69.99 with no activation fee. Once you grab the modem, you can go for the $50.00 top-up cards and move your working place to a local park or cafe.
According to Cricket’s COO Al Moschner, the company has more than 600,000 people accessing Internet with Cricket Broadband service.
And you can get addition information about Cricket’s products and services from their website.
