Remember that XM Online+ Announcement yesterday? The app/service is now readily available to Canadians, something many have been waiting for. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention SIRIUS’ entry into the Canadian market as well, as yesterday they too announced a brand new app for Canadian BlackBerry users.
The free SIRIUS App for BlackBerry delivers more than 100 sports, comedy, entertainment, talk and commercial-free radio ‘channels’ to your Storm, Bold, Tour or Curve series device. Exactly like the XM app, there’s a 14-day free trial, which can be accessed at www.sirius.ca/blackberry. Following the trial you’ll need to become a subscriber (that is, if you LIKE it!)
