Fine art and stock photographer Emmanuel Faure and fashion photographer Antoine Verglas have teamed up to launch Flexfolios, an iPad app that allows users to digitally organize and display multiple mixed-media portfolios and campaigns in a stylish fashion. The application is made for photographers, talent reps, model agents, stylists, fashion and interior designers, architects, creative directors, and entrepreneurs who frequently present visual content.
No Internet access is required to create or showcase portfolios once you upload content to the iPad. All you have to do is organize and arrange your work and that can be done while on the go.
Among the content you could use in creating your “flexfolio” are audio and video files, PDF, Word and Excel files, and of course images.
Then, once you have everything set, simply bring your iPad to a meeting and show them what you got. It’s that easy. Plus, once you’re done with a meeting, you can create the so called “comp card” which is actually an e-card, and email it to the client/partner to remind him/her what he/she just saw. Love it. 😉
