Sprint is giving Premier Customers a little love when it comes to the Samsung Epic 4G. While everyone else has to wait until tomorrow, August 13, to reserve their Epic handsets, the Premier folks can get dibs today. If you are a Sprint Premier Customer, be sure to check your e-mail inboxes today as these notifications start heading out.
For those of you really eyeing this device, be sure to check out the comparison that Sprint put out yesterday–pitting the Samsung Epic 4G against the HTC EVO 4G. Both devices feature Android, though the EVO has the latest version of the Google platform, and are 4G or WiMax capable. The Epic has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and the EVO only has a virtual or onscreen keyboard. Do the extra few features justify the additional $50 cost of the Samsung Galaxy S variant handset? Note that the Epic 4G is $249 while the EVO is just $199, both after mail in rebate.
So, who’s a Sprint Premier Customer here ready to pre-order their handsets today?
