In another bit of Android news, Motorola has recently updated the upgrade schedule for its Android 2.x devices, including those released here in the US and overseas. Most of the information has been previously announced or leaked; but it is notable that some of the updates have changed.

For example, the CLIQ was expected to see Android 2.1 land in Q2 but it has been pushed back to Q3/Q4. Others, like the DEXT, which was under evaluation for Android 2.1, have been cancelled. Sad to say but European and Latin American customers with this international version of the CLIQ will not receive an OS upgrade to 2.1.
