CrankCases iPhone Mix Tape Case

Time for a little late night iPhone case lovin’. If you grew up in the 80′s like I did, chances are you had a few ‘mix tapes’ laying around. You’d pop them into your cassette player, or maybe if you were really lucky, into your Sony Walkman. There was no such thing as a BlackBerry or an iPhone, and the internet? Forget that, all I had was my beautiful Commodore 64.

In homage to those early years, I stumbled across an awesome little carrying case for almost any mobile device. Called the ‘Orange Cassette Tape iPhone Case’, this one takes me back to the stack of Maxell cassette tapes I had strewn about my room. Except now, I can throw my iPhone (or any other mobile device for that matter) into it.

Kudos to CrankCases on Etsy for this one. Sadly, at the moment it appears to be sold out, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it makes a re-emergence shortly. You can take a look at it right here, and if it is still sold out, no worries… browse around CrankCases other offerings for more one-of-a-kind cases.
