We already know that the refreshed BlackBerry Bold, the 9780, is coming to Vodafone UK in white, and now there are some rumoured price points required to get the device for free, whenever it becomes available.

The BlackBerry 9780 will differ little from its predecessor, the 9700, especially since both will run OS 6. The 9780 upgrades the app memory to 512 MB and cranks the camera up to 5 megapixels, but otherwise has the same 624 MHz processor, HVGA display, Wi-Fi, GPS, and 3G. I’m still holding out to learn about some awesome new feature (like mobile hotspot) that makes the 9780 more than a ho-hum excuse to marginally increase the shelf life of the 9700 parts RIM already has stocked up, but something tells me that may be a fruitless endeavor.
