Ever since PopCap Games’ Plants vs. Zombies hit the App Store back in February, it’s fair to say it’s been a hit. I personally have played Plants vs. Zombies so many times on every platform imaginable, and yet I still haven’t completed the entire game on any of them. That’s besides the point here as PopCap Games has just dropped the price on one of its most successful games on both the iPhone & iPad.

For the iPhone version of Plants vs. Zombies, the game has dropped down in price from its normal price of $2.99 down to $.99 for just a limited time. As for the iPad version, it didn’t drop down to a bargain bin price of $.99, but it did drop down 50% from $9.99 down to $4.99.

Chances are that you’ve probably played and own Plants vs. Zombies on either the PC, Mac, or console. If you think one copy of the game is enough, then I highly recommend you suck up your pride and take advantage of this sale as playing Plants vs. Zombies on the go is how PopCap Games would have wanted you to play the game. There’s nothing more relaxing than sitting on a park bench, being all one with nature with the sun shining down on your pale skin and placing flowers down on your virtual lawn in order to stop hordes of invading zombies.
