Samsung has recently posted its third quarter results from where we’ve learned they managed to move more than 7 millions Galaxy S units, meaning they are well on their way to hit the 10 million mark by the end of the year.

But we have an additional detail the share. The company’s first Bada-powered smartphone, Wave, has reached 2 million units shipped, hinting us there could be some prospects for the young platform after all.

In the other news, the Korean giant also unveiled its ambitious plans for the Galaxy Tab, which is their Android-powered tablet computer. The goal is to ship 6 million units next year and something tells me they will hit that number. Let’s face it, the Tab is the second most wanted tablet on the market at the moment and we see no other device coming even close to its sexiness. The reason is obvious – it’s a well rounded product with a solid selection of software and content, and yes – we love it for that reason. :)

Does this mean Wave will be available @ showrooms again as, here in India, this phone is out of stock ? Have been searching for this phone but getting a constant reply – ‘out of stock’ & also got to know that Samsung has stopped the production of this phone.
