Although we haven’t talked about the Goal Achiever app when it was initially released in the AppStore, as we approach the New Year, many people are setting their goals for 2011. In that sense, we decided to talk about the application now when it has been updated with affirmations and the ability to share goals via Facebook, Twitter and email.

In addition to basic goal setting capabilities, Goal Achiever allows users to create a personal goal affirmation slideshow using their goal photos and favorite song from their iPod collection. Moreover, there’s the ability to review goals and progress in achieving them, using the goal timeline and goal list.

If we’re talking about a big goal, you should break it into achievable steps, while also storing motivational stuff in the Goal details section.

Finally, multiple goals can be managed using categories such as career, education, travel, family, health and fitness, and New Year Resolution.

In other words, if you need some digital reminder for your goals, this may be the app you’ve been waiting for…
