Giveaway: Win an iPad WiFi 16GB, thanks to Fuze [Update 2]

If you’re a regular reader of IntoMobile, then you may recall last month we had some big giveaways, specifically our giveaway for an iPad or Galaxy Tab. We received a ton of submissions, but we were only able to pick one winner, which resulted in many hearts to be broken over the holidays. But worry not as we have another iPad to give away, courtesy of Fuze. The new Fuze Meeting HD app for the iPad has been updated with Webinar Mode, which allows you to hold conference meetings with anyone else who has the app on their iPad, iPhone, or the desktop client. In celebration of this news hitting the wires today, they’ve hooked us up with an iPad WiFi 16GB to give away to one lucky reader.

To enter to win, you have to to jump through a couple really easy hoops. Here are the rules for the giveaway:

  • “Like” Fuze meeting on Facebook (http://fuze.me/fb)
  • Leave a comment below about the best thing about mobile meeting rooms.

As long as you follow those two simple rules and live in the US, then you’re entered in the giveaway! Our 16GB WiFi iPad giveaway will run from the moment this article is published until 11:59pm on 1/17/11. The winner will be contacted via their Facebook account and email.

[Update: We noticed there have been some contest entries being made on Fuze's Facebook profile. If you entered there and not in the comments of this article, your submission will not be counted. Only submissions made in the comments section of this giveaway article will be counted.]

    The great thing about mobile meeting rooms for me is that I am able to see the person I am talking with on location at one our construction sites, and he is able to SHOW me situations that have arised that need immediate attention. It is so helpful to not wait for an email with a picture to come through, or to travel to site to see what the issue is. I am there- right then, able to direct the superintendent to fix the problem. The lag time is zero, which is very crucial when dealing with multiple players on a construction project. An iPad is also very convenient. A superintendent won’t want to carry around a big laptop, and a iPhone is too small to show the scope of work onsite. An iPad is a perfect size!

    I love the video sharing option on this app. It’s made my life much so much easier. I do a lot of video editing and with Fuze Meeting I am able to make revision and share them with other professionals for feedback right away! They can also make revisions and share them with me. If I’m on the go (which I am a lot) and I… don’t have my computer with me, I can view everything from my iphone. The HD quality is profound. It looks so good even on the iphone screen that is so small. I’m very impressed! And not to mention, the app is free!

    Well, the great thing about a mobile conference would be the way you can save resources. I don’t know too much about the business world, but my Aunt is an RN and she works for KCI and she has online conferences which is pretty cool. It’s a free way to connect everyone while being efficient. I think its just another part in the growing globalization of our world as video-chatting becomes commonplace. Just look at the T-Mobile commercials everywhere and OoVoo!

    I love, love fuze meeting rooms, cuz you can meet with other fuze meeters and not leave the comfort of your home, you can attend the meetin with your cute bunny slippers, and your sponge bob pj’s. How great is that?
