If you’ve ever gone on a road trip in the U.S., you know how hard it can be to keep track of mobile coverage. Enter “Coverage?,” a new iPhone app with coverage maps of all major mobile operators in the U.S.

Available for two bucks ($1.99), it’s made to provide users with the ability to better plan their trips with mobile data in mind. Requiring no Internet connection once downloaded to your iOS device, Coverage keeps all of the maps stored locally making sure you can access the maps even when there’s no network signal around.

You will be able to access to 3G, 2G and roaming maps from AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile, and toggle between the maps from each carrier individually. Each of the operators has its own designated color so when the colors are combined you get an image that resembles weather report. In other words, this little app replaces the need to go through the carriers’ coverage maps showing all that data in a single screen. You can grab it from a link below, and before you (eventually) do that, we have a demo video to share. Enjoy!
