SPB Software is bringing its popular Windows Mobile app, SPB Wireless Monitor, to the Android platform, allowing smartphone users to measure data traffic via all types of connections (CDMA, GPRS, 3G/HSPA and Wi-Fi) while calculating network usage costs according to the current data plan.

Users get to access per application traffic reports or time-based reports on a daily, monthly, yearly or custom period basis. In addition to displaying the information on the phone’s screen, there’s also an option to export these reports as CSV files for further inspection on a computer.

Then there’s a built-in data usage alarm, as well as a database of more than 300 different service plans from various countries.

Finally to make sure you don’t forget to manage your mobile data expenses, SPB also made a homescreen widget making SPB Wireless Monitor easily accessible.

As for the pricing, SPB Wireless Monitor could be yours for $9.95 from the Android Market. Download link is below.
