Samsung unveils three new Bluetooth headsets – HM1610, HM3600 and Modus 6450

Samsung unveiled new additions to its Bluetooth headset portfolio – the HM1610, HM3600 and Modus 6450. Without further ado, here are the key selling points for each of the three products:

Modus 6450 – the best of the three

  • Samsung FreeSync Android app-compatible & Android application support
  • Voice Command and Voice Prompt
  • Voice command and EQ setting implementation through a separate Voice Command Button on the headset
  • Mono and Stereo convertible (with the included stereo ear bud headset)
  • SoundAlive stereo audio enhancements
  • Dual-mic noise/Echo cancellation
  • LED display that shows battery/call status
  • Advanced multipoint and multi-connection Technology
  • Active Pairing
  • Up to 6 hours of talk time/180 hours of standby time
  • Bluetooth version 2.1+EDR

HM3600

  • Dual mic noise reduction and echo cancellation
  • Voice Prompts
  • Advanced multipoint technology
  • Up to 9 hours of talk time/300 hours of standby time
  • Bluetooth version 3.0
  • Lightweight, 13g design

HM1610 – the affordable option

  • Near end enhanced audio technology
  • Single-mic noise reduction and echo cancellation
  • Speech intelligibility EQ
  • Active pairing
  • Advanced multipoint technology
  • Automatic Volume Control
  • Bluetooth version 3.0+EDR
  • Up to 6 Hours of Talk Time/250 Hours of Standby Time

Prices of the three headsets were not announced, meaning they will probably vary (though not that much at this stage) from retailer to retailer.
