Vodafone Australia will be adding the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v to its offering in mid-April — I assume that “v” most likely stands for Vodafone. We’re talking about the “original” Galaxy Tab 10.1 here, the one that was announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and not the sexy thin version unveiled at the CTIA in Orlando.
Price wise, the Big Red will ask AU$729 for the Honeycomb tablet, all with 6GB of data that has to be used within 3 months or can be bought on a contract.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1v comes with pure Google experience running stock Android Honeycomb OS with no TouchWiz UX and an 8-megapixel camera capable of recording video at 1080p.
If you’re an Australian looking to get more details on this deal, check out this page on Vodafone’s website.
