Asus EeePad Transformer, the Taiwanese company’s tablet turned netbook that was launched during this year’s CES, is heading to Europe. UK will be the first country to get it with Asus wowing to start selling the device on April 6th. The price you ask? It’s 379 GBP for the 16GB model (about 432 EUR or $611), while the 32GB Transformer will get an additional 50 pounds from your pocket. Keyboard is not included with this deal, and you’ll have to pour our yet another 50 GBP to get it.
In the meantime, Asus is also eyeing France for the EeePad Transformer. Their baby will most likely hit the hexagon-shaped country at some point in May with a price tag of 399 EUR, which is slightly cheaper that what Brits are paying.
Finally and although we don’t have any such information, we’re sure that following UK and France, Asus will bring the Transformer to the other markets around the continent, as well.
