The mobile VoIP and multi-network chat client Fring is about to add a cool new service – mobile group video calls. The fourthcoming service will work on the iOS and Android platforms, allowing up to 4 friends, family members or business associates to participate in a call.
Best of all, we’re talking about the free service! According to the company, this is the first time the world will get to enjoy free group video calls!
At the moment, Fring is still testing group video calls and is inviting interested folks to try out the service through the company’s private beta program. Unfortunately this is an “invite only” trial, meaning Fring will get to pick the candidates it thinks will help develop the product best. Still, nothing stops you from trying. 😉
