Sprint 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot

Sprint confirmed that its newest mobile broadband hotspot will be available for $79.99 with a two-year customer agreement. The MiFi 3G/4G mobile hotspot from Novatel Wireless features one-touch connectivity for up to five WiFi enabled devices, GPS, a browser interface for configuration, 802.11 b/g/n, and four hours of usage time on its 1500 mAh battery. The mobile hotspot offers both 3G and 4G connectivity that provides average download speeds of 3-6 Mbps in areas with WiMAX connectivity and average download speeds of 600 kbps-1.4 Mbps in areas with EVDO connectivity.

The  MiFi 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot is available now via direct ship. It will debut in all Sprint retail channels including brick and mortar stores, online, and via telesales. We recently spent some time with this latest MiFi device from Novatel and found that it offered reasonable connectivity speeds, a smaller size and better battery life than other WiFi hotspots offered by the WiMAX provider.
