We told you Expedia Hotels is coming to the AppStore, and voila… it’s there now, allowing iOS device owners to book a hotel in just four taps.

Available as a free download, the application relies on the built-in GPS receiver to provide users with a list of hotels within walking distance of the traveler. Moreover, there’s also an option to book in advance and filter through hotel results by price, rating, popularity or distance. Speaking of ratings, these come from TripAdvisor, which is well-known for the quality of its travel-related content.

Finally, once you book a hotel, Expedia Hotel will get you directions to the hotel with the ability to share confirmation via email or SMS.

In a nutshell, if you’re a frequent traveler and need a reliable mobile hotel booking service, Expedia Hotels is the right app for you. You can grab it from a link below…
