If everything goes as planned we’ll have more (if not all) details about the HTC Sensation aka Pyramid later in the day. The earlier rumor on the device’s guts has been confirmed by Qualcomm’s German subsidiary, which used Twitter to share the news, effectively going against its client’s marketing plans.

HTC failed to impress us at the Mobile World Congress, with none of their phones rocking a dual-core processor. Then at the CTIA, they blew our minds with the EVO 3D.

The Sensation is slated to be the Taiwanese company’s second Android device with dual-core processor, which will clock at 1.2GHz…

Care to know more about Qualcomm’s CPU? A short video explaining Snapdragon Dual Core is here. Enjoy.

I love my Blackberry Bold – even though it has some drawbacks.  But I
don’t get it – the new Bold Touch gonna be equipped with the Qualcomm
1.2Ghz processor and launch at the same time HTC’s next device gonna
launch with Qualcomm 1.2Ghz Dual core processor.  Uhm, why is that?
Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?  Why Blackberry gotta be half a generation behind?  No good guys, no good.
