LG Optimus 3D, which is known as the world’s first Android smartphone with glasses-free 3D screen, is heading to UK. The information comes from the online retailer Clove, which said they’ll start shipping LG’s baby on June 6th, allowing everyone to pre-order it in the meantime.
The price, you ask – it’s 454.80 GBP with VAT, though if you can get the taxes back (if you’re a non-EU citizen travelling to the UK), you’ll be able to grab the Optimus 3D for 379 GBP, which is an awesome deal for such a device.
Specs wise, LG’s smartphone comes with the mentioned 3D WVGA capacitive touchscreen, dual 5-megapixel cameras for recording 3D video, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, DLNA, HDMI out, Bluetooth, 8GB of internal memory, which is further expandable with microSD cards. Unfortunately, the Optimus 3D runs Android 2.2 Froyo, though we’re hoping the update will be released in no time…
