Verizon Wireless and HTC made it official today – the Droid Incredible 2 will launch on the wireless carrier starting Thursday, April 28th. The Droid Incredible 2 will replace the popular Droid Incredible in Verizon’s lineup and will join the Thunderbolt and Droid Charge in the carrier’s 2011 Android lineup. Unlike the 4G Thunderbolt and Droid Charge from HTC, the Incredible 2 will be a 3G device and is the CDMA version of the Incredible S.
The Droid Incredible 2 includes the following specs:

The Droid Incredible will be available beginning April 28 in both Verizon Wireless stores and online for $199.99 with a new two-year customer agreement. Folks grabbing an Incredible 2 will need to sign up for a $39.99 or more voice plan and an unlimited data plan of $29.99.
