The popular iPhone (and iPod Touch) customization tool Pimp Your Screen got another update. The most important new feature included in version 1.3 is the Home Screen Maker, which (as you can imagine) allows everyone to make its own iBackgrounds. Simply pick a photo from your library and combine it with either icon skins or app shelves to make your iPhone truly unique.
In addition, Pimp Your Screen 1.3 also rocks new custom designed backgrounds, multitasking support and improved interface of Lock Screen Maker. Moreover, sharing capability now comes built-in, enabling you to share your creations with friends on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr or using the good ol’ email.
Personally I’m not a big fan of customizations (though I like having an option to do so), but I know many people who can’t live with default ringtones and wallpapers. For those folks, Pimp Your Screen is a must-have and paying a buck (99 cents) won’t be a problem – quite the contrary.
