Lenovo ThinkPad Android tablet photos show up

It looks like everyone is getting in on the tablet game, as Lenovo is showing off some photos of its upcoming ThinkPad tablets.

We don’t know much about what will power these Lenovo tablets but these devices should sport a 10-inch screen and run the tablet-optimized version of Android. By looking through the pictures, you can determine that the Lenovo tables will have multiple cameras, mini HDMI, microUSB and probably a microSD slot. Other shots show that this will have a custom user interface layered on top of the Android platform.

Well, check out all the pics at the Picasa album or at the via link below and let us know what you think. We’ll be hitting up Lenovo and some of our other sources to get you some more information as soon as we can.

  • This looks like a Droid X on steroids. I don’t get the point of having hard buttons on an Android tablet, unless it is not running Honeycomb. If it’s running a skinned Gingerbread…good luck with that.

It’s running Honeycomb. And you don’t get the point because no one likes you.
