EA has finally decided to bless the growing Android community with some SCRABBLE fun. The new game, which BTW is the first free Android app from EA, allows multi-platform play across Android, PC (via Facebook) and iOS devices. You can either play against someone you know or a random scrabbler via Internet. In the first case, your opponent could either sit next to you in the same room (Pass n’ Play mode) or in another country where two of you connect through Facebook or Origin. What’s more, you’re not limited to a single game of Scrabble – the application supports up to 50 network games at once.
In addition, there are few extra features included such as SCRABBLE dictionary (so you can check whether some word actually exists) and the so called SCRABBLE Teacher Feature that allows you to see the best word choice from your previous move. Kinda neat, when you think about it.
Anyway, SCRABBLE for Android is free to download and you can grab it from a link below.
