Fashion company Pierre Cardin wants its share of the tablet action, hence it launched a 7-inch tablet which as far as we can tell won’t impress anyone with its specs. Perhaps folks in the “targeted market” for such a product don’t really care about the tablet’s guts, but we do.
The Pierre Cardin PC-7006 Tablet PC runs Android 2.2 and comes with the mentioned 7-inch 800×480 pixels capacitive touchscreen. Moreover, it also rocks a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, Wi-Fi connectivity, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 4GB of built-in storage that is further expandable with microSD cards. In addition, there’s the optional 3G connectivity using the 3G dongle which is sold separately.
All this (excluding the dongle) plus a nice leather case could be yours for 275 GBP from Pierre Cardin’s website. Presuming you go for the brand over specs, go ahead – hit this link and spend your hard-earned cash on the last year’s hardware. Don’t say we haven’t warned, k? 😉
