Huawei Vision, the Chinese company’s mass-market Android smartphone, is at the FCC where the good folks of the Commission are examining its radiation levels as we speak. As soon as they’re done, the device will be ready to hit the U.S. soil, presuming Huawei manages to find a distribution partner in the U.S. of A.
In the other Vision news, the demo video and 360-degree interactive photos are now available on Facebook and YouTube. We could only embed the video and you’ll have to visit Huawei’s Facebook page to get to rotate the Android smartphone.
Personally I think the Chinese handset maker is onto something with the Vision. It looks pretty solid and assuming it won’t break anyone’s bank, Huawei may manage to move quite a few units, helping Android further strengthen its position on the market. If you recall, the Vision comes with a single-core 1GHz processor, 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, 5-megapixel camera, GPS, Bluetooth and so on…
