If you’re looking for a cheap and “not that powerful” tablet, maybe the X10 AirPad offers all the things you need. It sports a 7-inch WVGA (800×480 pixels) touchscreen — by comparison the Samsung Galaxy Tab, HTC Flyer and Acer Iconia Tab A100 have a 1024×600 pixels screens — and the $199 price tag. In addition, there’s also a 1.2GHz Rockchip 2918 processor on board, along with 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 2-megapixel camera, 4,000mAh battery, Wi-Fi, HDMI out, 3.5mm headset jack, full-size USB port, memory card slot, while Android 2.3 Gingerbread is running the show.
In a nutshell, it’s nothing spectacular but then again good enough for 2 hundred bucks. If that’s something you like, hit this link and take it from there. Just don’t complain you have to scroll through all the content on that WVGA screen. Let’s face it – tablets need higher resolution or at least me thinks so. 😉
