Just because the fourth-largest carrier in the U.S. isn’t getting the iPhone 5 doesn’t rule out the possibility that it will get the iPhone 4S (or whatever you want to call it). Or maybe there were issues in producing an iPhone 5 that would be compatible with T-Mobile’s fake 4G network – HSPA+.
Either way, one would have to imagine, and hope, that the next iteration of the Apple smartphone would eventually make it to the folks in magenta. Otherwise, with the slim possibility that AT&T acquires the carrier, those who desperately want the iPhone might start considering switching carriers. Just a thought.
