Android version of the popular messaging app textPlus got an important update. There cool features included in this release, like:
- Voice Notes – which are free for app-to-app use in the US or Canada, and will work even with users who don’t have textPlus.
- Facebook integration – allows you to “manage” your Facebook friends already on textPlus right from your contacts list. What’s more, you’ll also be notified when your Facebook friends join textPlus.
- People tab – this new tab lets you easily find (and invite) friends on textPlus and message them immediately.
- Redesigned navigation – gives you more ways to message friends easily throughout the app.
In related news, textPlus keeps growing like crazy and is now used by more Android than iPhone users. The application kept its status at the 15 Social apps list on the Android Market.
