HTC unveiled another Android device, this time tailored toward the first-time smartphone buyers. The price was not unveiled, but we’re most likely talking about a “below $200” product. The HTC Explorer will be available across key markets in EMEA and Asia from the fourth quarter of 2011 in few color options — including Metallic Black, Active Black and Metallic Navy. In addition, users will also able to customize the phone with a range of optional back covers like Metallic Blue, Metallic Orange, Metallic White and Metallic Purple…
